Wow thank you Joey the boat tour up Lake Kununurra Ord River totally enjoyed. Very informative lots to see loved your sense of humour. Lunch was delicious and fresh. Bus trip back to Kununurra was comfortable.

Wow what an awesome day we had with Pulse! From the initial enquiry through to drop off on the day, the service was top notch!Our cricket club engaged Pulse for grand final day in Pinjarra and it was definitely a day and night that the club will remember forever!Terry, our driver was absolutely perfect for our event! As you can imagine 20 odd people getting rowdy after winning the shield isn’t an easy gig! Terry took it in his stride and in our opinion is a ripping bloke!Thanks again for making our day so memorable and we cannot recommend Pulse highly enough!

We used Mick at Bus About to take a group of 11 of us around 4 different locations in the Margaret River region over the long weekend. Mick’s communication was super prompt and prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I had obtained. Mick was friendly, the bus was clean and well equipped. It was raining all weekend and he made sure he dropped us off and picked us up right out the front of each location so we didn’t get wet. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to use Mick again next time we are down south.

Thoroughly enjoyed the entire day.As we were a small group, Russell was very laid back and was able to check our preferences for where we would prefer to visit. Loved the wines and cider. Margies is a great day out.

More of a transport service experience than tour. Unfortunately there were issues with the planned pick up times and the bus had no music apart from the rattling of the wheelchair ramp all day. Was informed upon getting on that 2/3 of the wineries will charge us a tasting fee and no beer tastings was offered at lunch as listed on the website. On a positive the food at black brewing co was great as were the staff at Wills Domain.

Disgusting driving. The driver of the westwide charter bus travelling along Albany highway near Jarradale, 1:30pm on the 15th of January almost caused a serious accident. Cut in front of a vehicle in the overtaking lane, in a 110 zone. Needed to slam the brakes on to avoid from rear ending the bus and being in a fatal accident. The driver of this vehicle, trailer licence registration 1TCJ-970, could have killed 4 people in the car and many of the special needs children travelling abroad the bus. Make sure your drivers know how to drive on highways and country roads. Would never use this service and do not board any of these bus charters. Life threatening service.

I use this service regularly, HOWEVER the mobile booking & website has continuously had glitches when booking a seat prior to the bus even coming close to the desired pick up spot. It a says “webleadtime X” meaning it’s unavailable. And I attempt to book hours prior.This has happened 3 times now. And 2 times in a row.After hours doesn’t answer the phone.And a certain lady in reception / admin is quite rude and unprofessional. For a seasoned adult I would expect better interpersonal skills. I could drop a name but will resist out of dignity.I sincerely hope upper management see this review and take action regarding the online front, as the online reliability is starting to look pathetic. Check the trend on the other reviews and phone calls by others.On a good note, kind drivers and business assets in good condition considering the traffic numbers using this service.

Communication and booking was clear and timely, and the vehicle and driving quality were beyond my high expectations. My guests and I loved the beautiful ride, had so much fun and the service with a smile was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend this company.
